We tell you upfront. We don't take on projects we can't execute well — and if something comes up during a project that's outside our capability, we flag it immediately and help you find someone who can handle it. We'd rather lose the work than damage your project.

Yes — some of our best work has been for nonprofits and faith organizations with limited budgets but serious technical needs. The size of your organization matters less than the seriousness of what you're trying to accomplish. If the project is meaningful and you're committed to doing it right, we're interested.

Engagements start at ,000 for focused single-discipline projects. Larger multi-discipline builds are scoped based on requirements. We don't publish fixed prices because every project is different — but we'll always give you a clear picture of cost before any work begins.

One person — Jared — is your point of contact from first conversation to final delivery. You won't be handed off to an account manager or a junior team member mid-project. What you see is who you get.

Yes. Managed hosting clients get ongoing support as part of the arrangement. For software and design projects, we offer ongoing maintenance and support on a retainer basis. You can also take full delivery and run it yourself — everything is documented and handed over properly either way.

We're based in South Carolina, USA, with a design associate in Lima, Peru. We work with clients across the US and internationally. Most project coordination happens remotely — we'll meet in person when it makes sense.
